PLACING AN ORDER

Please double check that your cart and shipping information is correct during the checkout process. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.

 

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on a Friday after 2:00pm MST, weekends, or holidays will generally be processed the next business day. 

Standard shipping is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. 

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.

 

TRACKING

You will be sent an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. At times, USPS and UPS can show as “Pre-Shipment” because they did not scan the package immediately. Pleas allow at least 48 hours for this to update. 

Once a package has been marked as Delivered, there is nothing we can do beyond that. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages whereabouts. Unfortunately we have the same tracking information as you do.

Please note, that any shipping method purchased is the ESTIMATED arrival time AFTER your order has shipped. If you do not receive your shipment, after the estimated arrival time, please contact us. 

 

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer International shipping. We hope to add this in the near future. Please check back.

 

Packages Returned to Sender

Once package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery. If you do not reply within 14 days, your order is Null and Void. If returned to sender is because of a customer address error, you will be charged the shipping rate. 

 

RETURNS

All Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Returns must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

Returns are accepted for store credit only. 

If your item is showing any signs of defects or you received the wrong item, notify us within 30 days so we can arrange for a return and a replacement. To start a return, reach out to info@geminisummers.com and include your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We offer free prepaid return labels within the U.S.

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow an additional 7 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will be notified with a store credit or an email for a rejected return. If you are not notified, please reach out to us.

 

Gifts 

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchase holder. 

 

*Non-returnable items include gift cards, digital purchases, and sale items.
